1. Put a little amount of either olive or coconut oil on your palms.

2. Heat it up by rubbing your palms vigorously.

3 Cycle Withdrawal Method

This technique I discovered along the way and I have been able to validate it through my research on forums where:

A number of men claim it works for them

The purpose of this method is to trick your brain into thinking it has reached the maximum amount of times you have ejaculated
